Gyltra is a bit more chill for a monster, mostly looking for mischief while hanging around in populated locations. They are often mistaken for a hybrid with his form, but known of by almost all monster fighters who don't make this mistake. Gyltra uses this to his advantage and tricks people in to thinking he's not a monster which is how he easily hangs around people until a hunter spots him. Despite seeming chill, he's highly dangerous and has wiped out entire towns when he has a fit for some reason or another. He has no remorse for this as void monsters feel no emotion towards killing.

Gyltra can be quite flirtatious and interested in some people, but he's not interested in romantic relationships.

When not around others he resides in a mountain range, in a location referred to as Stormy Peak due to him causing constant storms to repel visitors and fighters. Sometimes he'll capture people and bring them here, it's unknown what happens as none have been seen again, but it's assumed he kills them once he's bored or sends them off where they die to other monsters.

Backstory

Long ago Gyltra crawled from the void in a more hideous, and massive form. Mindless like most void monsters, he only rampaged and killed. A thousand years passed and with his long survival, he gained newfound intelligence and was no longer just an instinct driven murderous beast. Gyltra wanted to try a new lifestyle, but he lacked the power of form change and made a deal with one who had mastered transformation potions, who then created a potion to change him to his current form. After having his form changed, Gyltra betrayed them and a bolt of golden lightning summoned from his body ripped open a portal to the void and he shoved them inside where they were devoured by monsters. They should have known to never make deals with monsters but were too foolish and greedy. Gyltra does not regret losing his old form, though his old body was more powerful do to the massive size. But Gyltra prefers to use magic anyways so this is no concern to him.
