Othniel is somewhat anxious over things and a bit scatterbrained at times, and also a bit of a jokester. Othniel claims that too much interaction with mortals is at fault for his actions and emotions, though how true that is will remain unknown. He despises violence, but will be quick to fight against anything evil if needed.

Despite knowing peoples names without asking, he'll pretend he doesn't and ask for their name anyways as to not freak them out.

He often is mistaken for some sort of demon due to his dark wings and colors, this always upsets him and he ends up having to try to explain that not angels look like the white and gold pretty things you see in pictures.

He tends to keep his wing eyes closed, as they freak him out a bit. When asked why he keeps them closed, he'll lie and say it's for others comfort. He's rather embarrassed to be creeped out by his own eyes.

Othniel still actively does tasks appointed to him by God, but when he's not busy doing said tasks he's off doing his own thing. Some of the other angels judge him for being up to random things, but Othniel insists that a life standing around doing nothing but waiting for more instructions is boring. He is, of course, still an angel and thus he's doing nothing wrong clearly.
