Risur is flirtatious and confident, which sometimes comes off bad towards strangers but he'll back off and stop if they show discomfort. He's always looking for someone to spend time with though briefly as he's always on the move, be it friendship or random fling, or maybe both. When he sees someone having relationship issues or having a hard time trying to get anyone's attention, he likes to step in and try to help with advice. Risur is so good at giving advice that some people pay him to play matchmaker for them, but when it comes to randoms he approaches he does it for free, obviously. He probably doubles as doing relationship counseling but he doesn't really think about it.

Risur likes to hang out at bars and drink a bit, but rarely gets drunk unless he's in that shit of a mood which isn't often. He doesn't really care about the magical war going on, he just wants to do his own thing.

• Known Abilities:
• He can make others agree to anything, but only if they make eye contact with him at the moment he asks. Though the effect wears off later and usually leaves others wondering why they agreed in the first place. He refuses to use this ability for anything highly immoral or cruel.
• His left eye can change looks to anything he wants, though he commonly changes it with emotion. He is unfortunately blind in this eye due to this.
• He can shapeshift, but rarely does. The form he takes always leaves him recognizable in some way.
• He can cause temporary infatuation. This is either towards himself, or making others temporarily attracted to each other.

Known Interactions

Cuixi is Risur's best friend and they sort of work together- Due to Cuixi being so awful at love advice, Risur often sends him off on other tasks while they are doing their matchmaker things. Cuixi thinks he's in charge but really it's Risur. Outside that they do get along fine, always traveling together and helping each other get by.
